Mcdonald's - Papillion

I went to McDonald today to pick up lunch for the family. The facility was extremely busy in the restaurant and through the drive-thru, so I decided to make a fast online order and do board pickup. The food was fantastic, everything was fresh and to order as we indicated. The team member who helped me was very friendly and patient. Everything was great. The only reason for four stars and not five is that the app seems to be a little more difficult to order food and get the right at work. Apart from that, everything else was fantastic. Now I have to add that the waiting period was very minimal. I thought I had to wait a long time because the restaurant was busy. The staff definitely gets five stars for fast fast service

I am not sure what all others complain about, because this is literally just a fast food place that tries to work while we have short staff and while we are still in a pandemic. You're always so kind and I never had problems with my orders. I'm cold if these people don't complain about anything, never come back. Only means I don't have to wait until they keep the line because they want to make a big deal from a 2$ hamburger.

I often have these McDonald’s for a morning ice cream coffee and always have such a good experience that I felt that I should leave them a positive review. Admittedly, an ice cream coffee is not too hard to mess, but I have a few changes that I request. What I like about this McDonald’s is that they are always fast and efficient in the morning, but above all, all their drive thru staff are friendly. A smile in the morning before I had my coffee to really go, makes a long way!

This McDonald is great. You bring your food to your table. Then they come by and see if we were good or needed anything else. It is packed because of the nearby construction and we have not waited 5 minutes for food.
