Mcdonald's - PALMYRA

I've always got nuggets and it seems like they have much thinner the fries are the same wise? I'm not getting nuggets here anymore.

The restaurant staff were horribly rude. We had a big group about 100 ish people give or take come in since it was a field trip kind of thing. We had called ahead many days before to let them know, but I'm sure they could not get the staff. Which is reasonable, especially nowadays, but that doesn't excuse the workers to be nothing BUT rude. I believe that there is a difference between being stressed and completely and utter rudeness, and the employee I think his name was Brad had a huge bone to pick with everyone. He specifically asked to take my order and then was insanely rude to me, not only through his tone and words, but through his body language. The food was great however since it was all being made fresh, but I am still a bit annoyed with how we were treated as a group. The restaurant was well put together and the menu was very easy to read. Overall great restaurant feel, but horrible attitude when it came to the staff.

Literally the worst McDonald's in this area. My fries ALWAYS taste old, even if they're hot. It's really weird. This is the only McDonald's I've had to bring back my fries for new ones. It was soooo bad. Nice people though.

The lady that is 500 pounds that lost my order needs to learn how to be customer friendly. She was rude and multiple people said that. You work at McDonald's pipe down.

Had a high school lacrosse game. Team stopped there to eat and they turned us away. Do yourself a favor and go to Sheetz or Wendy’s right down the street.
