Can Blanc Port - Palma de Mallorca

We asked to be seated in the shade near the water and as one of us were seated in the sun we requested to move so were sat at an undressed table near the bar. Food was lovely but service was awful. Twice they tried to take food away whilst we were eating. We weren’t asked if we wanted more wine, or if our food was ok once it was served and we had to chase for a desert menu. He said “I will tell you,” and reeled off a few dishes which were literally plonked in the middle of the table rather than asking us whose was whose. We were 3 ladies, the table of 3 men next to us received a lot of attention. Visited here a few years ago and it was far better. Back then there was white table cloths and excellent service with a smile. Not now! Will not be coming back again even if the major building work next to it is completed!

The setting is lovely by the marina, the menu is strange and limited-odd food combos. Steak was very average, pasta dish too al dente, salted baked fish for 2 was enough for three and very good. Beware their card payment device. They told us our card was rejected, asked us to try again. It apparently worked after the third attempt. However on checking our banking app later we'd been charged twice. If it had been our last night on holiday, we would have struggled to get the money back. We went back in and they did give us the cash back with apologies and no issues, but really it should not have happened in the first place...

Second and last time visiting this restaurant in a beautiful location with nice flavours. Why? Because of customer service. When the staff is making inappropriate juvenile jokes, and after feedback the management is not even apologizing, why would I recommend it to anyone?

Un sitio elegante , muy bonito entorno , gran trato al cliente , siempre con educación y una sonrisa que alegra el momento , los productos son de primera calidad y exquisitos

Lugar y situación privilegiada eso no hay nada que discutir,pero la comida exageradamente cara para la calidad que es . Es un sitio creado exclusivamente para sacar dinero
