Jersey Mike's Subs - Palm Beach County

I don't know what is going on over here, but it's not good. The service is garbage. It was never like this. The girl looked like she wanted to punch me in the face for making her work. The bread was stale, and the sandwich all together was not good. I'm from Jersey, and this was one of my favorites. I'm done. It wasn't just this time, either. It's been bad. I just kept hoping.

First time I have patronized this location in Boca. Ordered on line due to a mailer BOGO inducement on their 'regular ' size sub. When I got to checkout, the discount code was not honored as being 'expired '. So I re-entered it again with the same resultdespite the coupon showed it was supposed to be valid thru November 30th, two and a half weeks away. Due to lateness, I sucked it up and paid full price for both. Never again will Jersey Mike see me online or in person. Fortunately Pubix is right next door to get my sub fix.

This is the cleanest Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. Staff greeted you as soon as you walked in (rare these days), they were attentive to guests who came to pick up orders, and when guests left they cleaned up the tables right after. The sandwich was great too!

I want someone to get in contact with me about the experience I had today at this location. The bread had mold on it and the young woman who called herself a manager should be fired!
