It's alright but I can't recommend ordering the pesto spaghetti, it didn't really taste like anything. We also had to wait around 1 ½ hours for the spaghetti and 3 pizzas, the place wasn't really busy at this time so idk what was going on here. Really disappointing waiting so long for that. My husband and I had come to this street full of little restaurants thinking of eating at another restaurant where we had eaten in the past. We were happy to have been able to try this simple but pleasant restaurant with absolutely typical food. Only quality products, well cooked and at reasonable prices. We opted for a platter that includes many samples of typical Palermo dishes but very different from how local street food is normally cooked. All served with warm, freshly homemade bread. It really deserves the name Alcove of Flavors! If you add the courtesy and affability of the owners I would say you couldn't ask for more!
