Chipotle Mexican Grill - Palatine

Ok, so chipotle has become worse in his customer service and it is portioned and it is food quality in the last six months at each location around our house. our last good chipotle was on the dundee road and has now become another unfortunate place. miranda is the manager there and was rude with me and my child and ignored when I asked her if she could wrap the tortillas in film as they do most of the time. the carnitas were dry and without for the first time in my history of ordering and when I said we want a little more meat in one of our dishes, miranda grabbed us and said that 1 oz is the right part and that is 1 oz. the young in the register wouldn't give me the manager name when I asked him twice. another chipotle bites the dust. the whole chain has lost its appeal.

Chipotle is a joke this is not burrito is ? and the ? is half empty avoid chipotle

Got my food with not a long wait time, but they didn't seem to be working as a team (like they were missing some ingredients). They didn't even smile or show friendliness, my chips were old/not crunchy or fresh.

NO NO to this location. Staff is extremely unwelcoming, idk what’s the matter with the kids working there, they keep laughing looking at each other while making our orders. Seems like making fun of the customers. Very rude. The stare of the register lady was terrible too. I am not gonna go back to this location even though it’s only a few minutes away from my place.

Why are the prices different at Chipotle restaurants which are within a few miles apart. Two days ago I got pinto beans with white rice, which basically is one spoon full that feeds a one year old kid, and added very little lettuce, I paid $2.47, that was in Lake Zurich, IL. Yesterday, I ordered the same meal: pinto bean, rice, and some lettuce at Chipotle in Palatine, I was charged $9.90. I asked the cashier why was it that expensive!!! She lowered the price to $6.88. I paid and I didn't want to make a fuss about it. I still wonder why their prices differ at different locations???? Has anyone else experienced this?
