El Jefe's - Pahrump

This place is outstanding, great portions of food, great flavor taste, and outstanding wait staff! Food has been piping hot each time we have been. The Agua frescas are worth a stop in by themselves! I'm not sure why people say there is no good food in Pahrump unless they do not like Mexican food. My wife loves this place! We are making our way thru the menu, Chile Colorado, shrimp wrapped in bacon, chicken tacos, chicken enchiladas and again, the Agua frescas have all been amazing!

My only regret is that my vocabulary isn’t strong enough to sing the praises that this place deserves. Friendly service, fair prices, amazing food, and huge portions! I asked for omelette and they brought half of the farm! I couldn’t even enough to fit all of my left overs in a single box. ?Vegetarian options: I’m not even a vegetarian but could live on their veggie omelette.

Pahrump Mexican classic, they own this location. Come here on Mondays when highway one is closed, still more of a fan of highway one

The jewel of Pahrump! Great food and prices. The best Taco Salad in town! The Churros are delicious too. Great atmosphere for a family or a dinner date.

Very clean, server had great personality. Green chicken enchiladas were delicious. I also had a Mango Margarita. Yummy!Food: 5/5
