The Walrus Oyster Ale House - Oxon Hill

Came here to try oysters for the first time was not disappointed at all ! Great ambiance , clean restaurant great service . We ordered a beer the smoky margarita as our beverages they were both really tasty ! Quentin was our waiter he was really great knowledgeable friendly ! What we ordered : Chefs Special dozen of oysters 6/10 I enjoyed pairing the oysters with the oyster hot sauce they keep on the table the horseradish mixture . Since we got the chefs special it came w sweet , briny salty oysters . I definitely did not like the salty but the others were great! Fried Calamari 8/10 Seafood Linguini 9/10 Great flavor on the sauce the shrimp was cooked nicely ! Overall really good : Smoky margarita 8/10 Could use better rim presentation Will definitely be returning to take my visitors here!

The experience was fantastic! Jessica was an incredible waitress who truly made us feel at home. Jessica was amazing! My order came out incorrectly, but she promptly took care of it. The meal was delightful, and the seafood was fresh.

Yummy food, great environment and even better service. We had a party of 10 and Nia was a gem ensuring we were all taken care of. Loved our evening feasting at Walrus, highly recommend and if you're lucky enough to have Nia serve you then enjoy it all!
