Buffalo Wild Wings - Owensboro

Started off with a rude guy telling us we had to sit at a table in the middle bc they have to go in order to make it fair to waiters. When we said we would wait for a booth he was like whatever and walked us to a booth. Then it took over an hour to get our food. Waiter came back and asked if we was ok and husband asked for another drink....20 minutes later comes by again and ask if we are good....in which we had to ask for drink refills again!

Very very loud couldn't hear each other talk. Felt like i was in a tavern. Fun place for partying but not so much for family night out. Food was just okay.

Everything about my order was wrong, called and they freely admitted they seriously screwed up. Their solution: the ordering service I used will refund your money. Great, thanks, still hungry though

Visited there Saturday wasn't packed. Ended up walking to the bar myself for beer. Waited 30 minutes for a waiter to just stop by our table. Never happened! Walked back to the bar to order food for my table. Another 30 minutes went by and the waiter was now waiting on other tables that had seated after us and still never asked if we needed anything. Finished 2 pitchers of beer. Still no food. Cancelled food order. Went to legends it was packed and got immediately waited on and taken care of all night. If you can't support your customers being short staffed either limit the attendance or close the door! Will never go there again.

Incompetent management, no real cooks, rude staff, go elsewhere! Every pizza joint in town has better wings. You'd be better off going to a gas station.
