Mcdonald's Drive-thru - Owatonna

Food was cold when we arrived home. Only 5 minutes away. Should not have been. Heat lamps not working? In the future better be fresh or no more stops for me mine.

Fast and efficient service. We came for French fries and milkshakes. Always a good snack. They were up to regular standards of McDonald's. The workers were friendly and having a fun day. It's great to see people having fun!

So, I order my meal, take it out to the Monte Carlo, and drop the bag and all my fries fall out. A very nice young McDonald's worker by the name of Brooklyn witnessed it and ran inside to get me a new order of fries. Thank you Brooklyn, you've restored some of my faith in people. I hope you stay there awhile.

I loved the customer service here!! The young black gentleman taking my order was so sweet and made me smile. I enjoy coming in to a restaurant and the employees have a positive attitude!! He also helped me by getting my ketchup and as we were leaving, he opened the doors...very sweet!! Thank you!! They gave interactive tables for kids and a neat play scape.
