Slowly... I have the ride thru to order a 6 piece chicken delicate food and a simple burger. I had to repeat 6 times and again twice when I came into the window to pay for my order, and I was the only one in the car thru

Last week I left a 5-star rating for this Dairy Queen location. The service was great and the food was the same. But today there was someone else behind the counter who had difficulty getting our order right. After it was brought to the table, I had to return to the counter to request spoon and ketchup. When no one drew attention to me, I went behind the counter and got what I needed. They didn't seem too busy except for the passage, but I counted 4 people working. There were no other customers inside except a grubhub driver who waited for it because his order had come out incorrectly. I noticed that the usual employee Dibere was not behind the counter and every time we were here. He was always very polite, helpful, friendly and patient, but the girls who work today seemed somewhat overwhelmed. I worked in fast food before I understand that it is a hard work and they were not unfriendly to make just a lot of mistakes. Mostly large customer service was missing. We give them another chance because it can be a challenging task.

Really enjoyed the Flame Burger tonight. The girl up front was really friendly and helpful. She also makes the custom ice cream cakes. Not just a place to get dessert. The food is really good too!
