Chick-fil-a - Overland Park

April 23, 2021 I decided to have breakfast at Chick-fil-A this morning. Natalie took my order. Ruth took my payment. These two ladies were so cheerful and kind. My food was hot.The service was excellent. I look forward to visiting again.

My fries are usually fresh when I go to this location but not today my fries was cold and nasty very disappointed especially since that is the only reason I go. I have been to three different locations in the past two weeks and my fries was cold and nasty at every location. It might be time for me to stop going to Chick-fil-A.

Always delicious, always a line but it's fastmoving (time your start to finish I'm impressed everytime), always polite service. My pleasure to eat here pay a bit more for quality!

This establishment has excellent service. The app makes ordering and getting through line convenient even in busy hours. Staff is noticeably friendly and helpful. The food was splendid. Both the burger and the salad were well prepared. The prices are fair for fast food, especially when considering the quality of the service.
