Shawarma Factory - Ottawa

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, the prices are fair, and the food is fantastic! I was served promptly as well.

Amazingly large portions, super juicy and fresh chicken/salad. Always friendly.

I got the mixed plate. Good portions for the price (split it up into 2 full meals, both had me stuffed). I really liked the roasted garlic potatoes. Good but not the best I have had in Ottawa. Would buy again.

I walked in with a specific craving for garlic potatoes with spicy garlic sauce; the potatoes were dry and undercooked and didn't have the flavour that most other lebanese restaurants offer. Given that I didn't try their shawarma, I can't speak for that, but either way, I am not eager to return here since shawarma restaurants are a dime a dozen in Ottawa.

The portions at this restaurant are huge and the customer service is amazing. I think that those who complain should give the restaurant a second chance if there is an issue that may have occurred accidentally, just to be fair. I was visiting Ottawa and stumbled upon this place, decided to give it a try, and was satisfied with my experience.
