Mary Brown’s Chicken And Taters

I went through the drive-thru and the service was quick, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive the spicy chicken that I ordered. Instead, I received the non-spicy option.

I used to love this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. They told me 75 minutes before closing that they had run out of chicken and that there would be a 30-25 minute wait because they were too busy, even though there were only 2 cars in front of me and the staff were just sitting around in an empty restaurant. When I asked to speak to the manager, they conveniently said they were unavailable. I have been a loyal customer for years, but now I am reconsidering whether I will continue to dine here.

I have never received the correct order when using the drive-thru at this restaurant, and it always takes at least 10-15 minutes even when there are no other cars in line.

The best customer service, best food. Keep up the good work staff.
