Big Rig Gloucester Centre - Ottawa

This is the perfect spot for enjoying pizza and beer after a long day at work. I visited with my children and was impressed by the children's menu, which offers kids pizza and combo meals that come with ice cream and drinks.

It was Saturday evening and the place was busy. We were offered a seat right away and then we were virtually forgotten. Finally someone came to take our order. 4 of the 6 meals were good, but no plates were given. We had to ask...2 more times for plates. We also were not offered any additional drinks. They were completely understaffed and overwhelmed but it was to the detriment of the clients.

I have been here multiple times as well as the location near the IKEA. Great food and service every time. I have had the steak and most of the time I get pizza and love it. The selection of beer is great and you get a sample tray. The staff is great every time. Looking forward to my next visit.
