I recently had a disappointing visit to an A&W drive-thru, and I have to say, it was a total disappointment. Everything seemed to go wrong from the moment I arrived, leaving me feeling completely dissatisfied and frustrated. The service was terrible, with staff seeming uninterested and unmotivated, giving off the impression that they didn't care about providing a positive customer experience. Their lack of enthusiasm was clear in their slow and inefficient process of taking orders.

Waited about 15 minutes for a soggy gross overcooked chicken burger meal worth almost $20 never going back

A great experience for a fast food chain that made it feel like a upscale restaurant. The service was friendly and accommodating to our special order, the food was hot and well prepared and tasty. Had their breakfast eggs, hash brown and coffee, all exceeded expectations. The bathrooms were very clean with floral scent, music playing in the background, staff happy, sunny venue to hang and even got my coffee card stamped. Highly recommended.
