Best Gelato we found here in Puglia. We came back several times... There are GF cones. They wash their hands before treating the cone and from a fresh part of the Gelato. However, they do not scoop from a fresh batch of gelato and do not use fresh paddles for a GF cone. Each Gelato Aroma has marked GF and several other allergens that I have not seen much in the region. There are also GF gelato deserts in the freezer that I did not try.

A beautiful little gelato shop situated in La Scala area. All the gelato is gluten free plus they have gluten free cones. A very pleasant sitting area outside. Delicious. Highly recommend

You can get hier gluten-free eiscreme and conos. The staff is proficient. There is no contamination at all. The eiscreme is the best!!!!!

This Gelatario was brilliant. I chose GF flavours and when they put a wafer on top I questioned if it was Senza Glutine they said no and insisted on serving me a whole new cup and washed the scoop in between each flavour. Delicious, creamy Gelato.
