Subway - Oro Valley

Jennifer has messed up on the order, the wrong brot gave, nothing added to what I wanted. the broth is crushed. when I tried to talk to her either to get a refund or make it new, she told me no and that I was guilty. very unprofessional, but I suppose what can they expect when their career tip is in the subway?

Two girls were in there smirking and whispering at one another while watching me. Most uncomfortable and snooty service.

Employees don’t greet or barely speak to the customers, not one smile or friendly response when spoke to. My sandwich was made correctly but was like getting food in prison.

The people who work in this Subway are amazing!! Always smile and will do the differences with the orders for my mom and I ? Leave a tip if you can! We need people like this so I don't have to cook every night for my mom ?
