Mexicali Rosa's - Orleans

I love this place! Good service! Food and drinks taste delicious! Meals comes with chips and salsa! Chimichangas and enchiladas are the best! But I don't recommend to order the nachos, it lacks of flavours. Except for that, I love coming back!

Peter, our server was exceptional! He was attentive, anticipated our needs prior to us even having to ask such as bringing water when he greeted us plus extra napkins. He then even brought more cold water in a beautiful empty liquor bottle. He was therewithout being obnoxious, he did not rush us, did not swoop in to ask for payment while we were still eating. He was friendly,kind and really lovely. We could not praise him enough and when he brought over his manager, we passed along the samesentiments. We tipped generously on our bill splits with the kitchen he said plus gave him an extra cash tip for he morethan deserves it! The food itself was bad and quite expensive. Flavourless. I had chicken fajitas and my husband the beef. Thewings were also to be medium yet were BBQ. Peter, you were so amazing and we thank you for the great experience!

We were there celebrating an event with well over 50 guests who were ushered into the reserved rooms where they could either be seated or stand. The service staff did a wonderful job for four hours catering to everyone, serving drinks and the excellentMexican style food dishes on request. The event was well executed and I highly recommend it as an option for any celebration.

So glad we found this place! Delish menu, large yummy drinks, chips to start was great. Service friendly. Was out of fried ice cream and could use a good dusting and window cleaning. Would recommend and go back.

Delicious food, generous portions, and quick, excellent service. We love Mexi?s for take out and dining in!
