Vitality Bowls Dr. Phillips - Orlando

I ordered a Chimichurri bowl and discovered two worms inside. When I brought this to the restaurant's attention, they mentioned that they were just part of the ingredients. They offered us the option to eat inside, but the worms were at the bottom of the bowl, which was quite off-putting. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This is an amazing spot for açaí bowls in Orlando, Florida! I visited with my family today, and everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!

You really know how to send customers packing. I had just finished a large coffee before arriving, and when I ordered, I asked for the restroom. They informed me that I couldn’t use it because the floor was wet. There was a sign and a mop, but honestly, the floor wasn't even wet yet. The truth is, they were closing in an hour and didn’t want to clean the area again. As a regular customer, this has really disappointed me. I had no choice but to get a refund and head next door, where they actually allow customers to use their facilities (what a concept!). By the way, restrooms should be accessible to customers at all times when open, as per code regulations. Maybe they should consider cleaning and mopping after closing time if that's their policy.

The first time you try this point. Looks clean. Great location. I had ordered food for the cashier at 1:00 and I was asked to pick it up 10-15 minutes later. I came there at 1:27, I paid and did not receive my order at all. I didn't say the cashier ordered the next guests. Maybe 10 minutes later, the cashier looked to me and asked me what you picked up the name for? I told her and she smiled and said, okay. She didn't ate and I had no food yet?????? 38 min for a juice and an Açaí bowl and there were about 3 other people in the place together with me. But I'll say the food was great!! My juice was delish and the bowl was great! Me? Update : now a medium size açaí shell is $17? I always thought $15 was high price for the area, but $17 for a medium is crazy. I just came out of Siesta key beach and paid $13 for a big bowl?

The wrap taste really good at first but when reach the avocado part taste rotten, and some of the lettuce too, that change the whole flavor of the wrap, and also I get a cappuccino and was just warm not hot. Customer service was nice but the only part I didn't like was that I order to go and they just put it the wrap in the counter for me. Good place an food but need to improve on those part.
