Mcdonald's - Orlando

Nice place. Staff are beautiful, mostly. Hit and Miss Service.

I was on 11.05.2020 at 11:06 am 11:15 am. My order included a Quarter Pounder with cheese/no onions. When I came home to eat my sandwich, I picked up my bungalow to make sure there were no onions. They did not remember to put onions, but gave me a plate of wax paper! It was right with the melted cheese. I called the location and asked for the manager. The lady who picked up said she was the manager. When I asked about her name to check, she would only give me her first name (Ieisha). When did I say your last name? She told me she didn't have to give me her last name. I wanted to hang up. My time is precious. Then I called BBB to file a complaint and then came to Google. Hopefully the REAL MANAGER will see this review and treat the employees accordingly.

My lunch break on Tuesday. You always get it right, drive thru is safe and fast.

Outstanding place for cheap food. Service is great even if they are busy. Fast and friendly service.

They have a friendly staff and always seem to be happy and energetic and willing to assist in taking your order even if your unsure of what you want and I've never had to be parked for a large or any type of order like some other McDonald's. The food is always hot and fresh! Love double cheeseburgers and mcchickens!
