Buffalo Wild Wings - Orlando

After a long day my sister and I decided that chicken wings call our names. we knew B-Dubs was the place. this situation has pleasantly surprised us. we have been there on Wednesday at 17:00 and were surprised by lack of people in. First we took this as bad, that it might not be so good, but we were too hungry to go. we sat and served a sermon named curlyfry, whom he claims to be his godly name. he was friendly, efficient and friendly. we received our drink and eat within 15 minutes. the food was hot, fresh and delicious! we will definitely return to this location in future!

My keile with a quickly melted piece cut cheese on it. I peeled it out. very disappointing as I was excited to eat bww, as I haven't had it for years. wings had little to no sauce on them.

The food was great! well seasoned wings and fast service. we ordered our food and waited only 10 minutes. very fast.

They are obviously short staffed. Hostess was rude and wouldn't seat us at a booth even though we offered to wait. Food came sporadically over 15 minutes so we all finished at different times. The food was great, and our waitress was doing great all things considered.

They were really busy. The line was long. Sandra was the hostess. She was great. A server wasted several glasses of water in the entry way. Sandra the hostess was very helpful. Her goal was to keep the guest from falling. She immediately cleaned it up although she had to leave her post. She was great. Courtney took our order. She was very pleasant. I asked for the manager because the front in staff needed help. The lobby and to go line was extremely long and they needed help. Jasmine, the manager, came out. She listened apparently she was in the kitchen helping. Another employee shared that Jose, the general manager was extremely busy doing PAPERWORK in the office. Meanwhile the lobby area, the waiting area, the to go line are chaotic. With a large spill in the front entry. Great Leadership Jose. I am sure the paperwork needed immediate attention while your staff was drowning a d the customers were waiting. Sandra and Courtney managed, however leadership presence could have made the situation better. Thank you Jasmine for coming out to listen. Sandra and Courtney I appreciate you ladies for taking care of the customers while Jose shuffled papers.
