Traverso's - Orland Park

Now Baraccos is now closed. The food and service were good. However, the restaurant did not do much to improve, except for making the men's room cleaner.

The meatballs were not very good and were served lukewarm. The chicken wings seemed old and had many dark spots near the bone. However, the pizza was delicious.

We were looking for a new Italian restaurant to try and came across Traverso's. The name reminded me of a teacher I once had with the same last name, so I was intrigued.

Good experience eating was good. service was excellent, but a bit slow. reminds me of an old timely restaurant I grew up with.

I have eaten here about 3-4 times in 2 years and it always surprises me. when my siblings are in town, this is our goal when I travel 20 miles for good pizza. that says a lot!
