The Cheesecake Factory Orland Park

I made a reservation I was celebrating my Birthday upon arrival they proceeded to sit us but our table was taken so they sat us in a different spot. The food was great, I ordered a piña colada but honestly, it was not it my husband had a Long Island and his was pretty good. I did not like that their tables are super small and can't fit anything but ur drinks and 2 plates And if you're looking for a quiet place this is not it.Those were my only issues. Other than that everything else was great.

My first time going to the Cheesecake Factory and it was just amazing. The food was so good. I have the buffalo chicken strips and afrado pasta and my mother-in-law had the street corn and a sandwich with a side salad and soup. Even the staff were very nice and sweet with us. Will love to come back and try the cheesecake cake this time. Will recommend to go and try it out

We were sat immediately upon arrival. We were not waited on and watched numerous servers pass our table without looking or acknowledging us. After 10 mins, a server finally came over and apologized as she thought it wasn't her table. She took our drink and appetizer order and then took 5 mins. to bring back the drinks. The appetizer came out about 5 mins laster. Our food order took a long time to come out. The fries were cold. The server apologized and offered us all free cheesecake for the long time we waited. That was a very nice treat but we were there for over 2 hours. First time I had a bad experience at any Cheesecake Factory.

The place is decent. It's the outcome of the current economy. Over priced .

This place has went down. Not good like it use to be
