Food is not bad but never fresh or warm when they give it to you. Customer service is horrible. They’re very rude!

This place is fantastic. Great food great value. I only hope this review does not make them so popular that I can't get them to take my orders any more.Seriously, they are great.

Food was cold when I got home because I had to wait almost 30 minutes because they forgot to cook part of my order. I understand people make mistakes but they didn’t even try to make it right. Just told me go wait in my car. Food was cold when I got home except what I waited 30 minutes for. Everyone was disappointed because the food was cold.

We have ordered food for several years from Grapevine and was happy with quality and taste. Today picked up my order of Mensaf and grape leaves and have never been so disappointed. The mensaf sauce was so bad and sour tasting no one would eat it and every single piece of meat had bones and many with hardly any meat on it. For the PRICE INCREASE this was so very disappointing. Will never order again.
