Food choice from the Menu del Dia is fabulous for €8.95 you can choose any starter from the main menu, one main and one rice or pasta (aka noodle) dish plus a 'set'...desert or tea/coffee for this price. You also get the option of buying a bottle of wine (between 2 persons) for only €3.50. Choice of starters ranged from garlic prawns with a slice of toast (I will have this next time for certain as I didn't order this time in case prawns were 'fiddly' but there were 5 very large juicy prawns in the dish! to chicken wings or spring roll (examples only) this visit I had the chicken wings coated in a reasonably hot sauce but you could scrap that off if not a sauce fan; chicken mushrooms with singapore noodles (they call pasta) and it was absolutely ab fab. The meals were hot and served virtually at the same time which is no mean feat for a table of 10 on a Saturday night! We are returning to Spain in June for our birthdays and will certainly return to this restaurant.
Food was amazing and fresh, we got the food quickly and in best quality. The service was friendly, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone around and from other towns it’s worth coming here.
This was our 1st visit and although the restaurant was very busy with a lot of families we decided to choose the meal deal at €8.95 each; this included a starter, a main and a rice or noodle dish. A bottle of wine was €3.50...with this deal, and we paid €1 each extra for a pudding. To be honest, with such a good value deal, and so many customers we didn't really have very high expectations but we love Chinese food, so we wanted to try. Service was predictably quite slow, due to the number of customers, but our wine was brought out quite early. The food was absolutely delicious and way exceeded our expectations. We had Vietnamese rolls (I'd expected these to be raw veg in soft rice wrappers like I've had before in UK, but they were slim, veg filled spring rolls, deep fried, but not greasy) crisp and delicious, 3 in a serving. My hubby had spring roll which was like one big Spring roll, mainly filled with lettuce, and deep fried not as tasty as the Vietnam rolls but still good. Mains were prawns in black bean sauce (plenty of big succulent prawns with tasty fresh stir fried veg) and beef in house special sauce (tender slices of beef with plenty of stir fried veg and a tasty savoury sauce). Rice and noodle dishes were egg fried and mixed with strips of meat and veg. Both really tasty. Not sure if we'd bother with pudding again next time, as we were quite full! but it was tasty enough fried bananas (not very pretty, and quite basic) and a cappuccino cake (sponge based cheesecake square sweet, but not v strong coffee flavour). Portion sizes were generous and I'm sure they'd pack up leftovers if you couldn't manage to eat everything. They so do takeaway which seemed very popular too. Do check your bill as they were so busy, our bill wasn't quite right, but this was resolved very easily (ours was too cheap, but we prefer to be honest, so we pointed it out and paid the full price!). I'm not sure how they do the meal deal for the money, as there are loads of dishes to choose from within the deal, but I'd definitely recommend you try it. They do as la carte too, with very reasonable prices. Staff are lovely very friendly, very polite. We'll definitely be back.
Not good, food was cold, chicken tough!!! Not a gd meal at all, resturant was empty, and cold service slow
An extensive Asian menu featuring Chinese, Thai and Sushi. We had Chinese and it was very good. The service was also very good. My only criticism would be the plastic covers on the tables.
