Wing Street - Orange City

I ordered from here about a week ago through the app. Everything on the print out/the lady reading me my order at the pick up window everything was correct. I got home and opened my pizza and it had no toppings, aside from cheese, and barely any sauce. I call in, a guy answers, puts me on music hold without telling me, then another male picks up. He apologizes and states they will remake and I can come get it or he will put me down for a credit/replacement. Great, my one year old is exhausted so the credit/replacement is fine I appreciate it accidents happen. Well tonight, my partner calls to use the credit/replacement for the issue and they state it won't cover the SAME PIZZA they messed up. Essentially, I paid for a product that was incorrect, they say they are going to fix the issue in the future for me, then I am told whelp that wasn't right. The employee told my partner that he would have had to have used the credit the night we had an issue for it to match what we had purchased....what?! Ridiculous. It definitely taught me to check my order before leaving the store.

Inside atmosphere was okay but the parking lot needs a good cleanup

I made an online order and when I arrived at the store they told me that my order did not appear in the store and I checked the order well and it was the right place and time, they did not want to make the order or return the money. I was very upset, but I had to make a new order because I was late for work, the order they gave me was wrong, I asked for white sauce but they give me the pizza with red sauce, I ordered tomato, extra cheese, onion and pineapple, but when I checked I didn't have an onion. Totally disappointing, the wet and dirty bathroom and the very bad attention. VERY BAD SERVICE

Worst meal I have had in months. We tried the new melt. It was so hard we couldn't bite it. The staff were playing around so it was like eating in a zoo. They had issues drink machine out of order. No straws. Just seemed they needed management.
