I love the consistency of the food here. It is great. The biggest complaint at this location is that during dinner rush time, the line gets crazy and there is no where to really stand sometimes the line physically goes out the side door. So just be mindful of when you go.

Jackie was amazing and provided excellent customer service. I came in super hangry and wanted to eat fast. She made sure my order was correct and even gave me a little extra scoop. After a long day of work she turned a bad day into a good day. Thanks Jackie!

Costumer service is not the best.I asked for teriyaki sauce, and they said they don't carry that. Also, one of the girls working there had a really bad attitude.

Horrible customer service, they have messed up my orders on 3 different occasions, why is it so hard? And after I paid and realized it had happened again and explained myself, they looked at each other and laughed. Not going back?

When we got there at 6pm, it's not busy and we got served fast. The staff was ok but quite forgetful bc I asked for soy sauce and hot sauce in the bag and they totally forgot it and had to reminded them again.Remember to download their app and collecting rewards for discounts or special promotions.
