My favorite permanent spot to buy all my groceries and chicken and meat products!!! Love the store because they have everything I need like fresh produce, fruits and sweets just to mention a few… they getting a little pricy now like their competitors in town. It’s a normal thingy which won’t keep me from going back to them I hope. Just disappointed on the yogurt I used to buy from them it’s size/oz got reduced but the price remained the same which I am upset about. I’m sure I’m not the only one to argue here, you guys would agree on that with me. They got friendly staff especially the ones who serve behind the checkout counter. They just increased a couple more checkout counters which was a great idea because now the line would move up faster than before. So good job on that improvement! ?
I found everything from all Asian and African countries. a stop shop for food and preserve and frozen food. fresh meat is also available. metzger will cut any choice they like. a bit pricier but.
I really wanted to like this store, but their poor management, and lack of quality control and unprofessionalism has me at wits end. Forget about trying to be eco friendly and bringing in your own bags. Bought a pair of iron woks (totaled to a little over $40) because the family insisted they’re healthier vessels than what we cook in here. Gave one a shot. It immediately rusted after the first use, even though I cleaned and dried it right after. The second wok was untouched. Called them and explained what happened, requesting a return on my purchase. They agreed over the phone. When I went in-store, one of the associates held it for me at the front and just propped it at the purchase line saying it wasn’t an issue and that when I’m at checkout, all I have to do is tell the cashier they’re mine for return (which was extremely dubious and rather unprofessional). I agreed. At checkout, I bring the woks to the cashier who looks at them and first tells me they can’t be returned at all, laughing at it with the other associates. It made me super uncomfortable… When I pushed that it was only used once, they asked why I’m returning the other. Clearly, there’s also a major lack of brain cells.?They spoke to their “boss” who didn’t budge either. Expected better from this place. Family and I won’t be returning here.
If you are an Indian student, you know the struggle, the distance to get here and price you have to pay to eat good indian food here in USA ! But once you get here, you get everything here. EVERYTHING. All the Indian products. Fresh vegetables, fruits etc but pricyyyy.
