Cake display is very inviting with big variety of sweets to taste. Thank you we enjoyed our visit and will come back.
Try to reserve a table in the back room. It offers a much nicer atmosphere. The portions of the served food are huge and appropriate after an extensive day walk. Otherwise better order small versions.
We each had a different dessert and all were delicious. Service was great. My mom had pumpkin soup and was very happy. Would consider staying here if our hiking or biking brings us this way again!
For our day of excursion I was looking for a restaurant in the area late eve and discovered the Hochhotel Kalikutt on the Internet. The homepage was satisfied with a magnificent panoramic view and a regional fresh kitchen. In the morning I called and reserved a table for us for dinner. Our Navi found the hotel immediately and certainly chose the shortest route. Instead of a walk as a road, two cars not only by. They also talked to local drivers. My husband gave up a dessert, he was too tired. Sorbet was very good, for my taste it would have tolerated more basil. Fresh mint and currant fit well. I didn't find the finished waffles so suitable for sorbet, but you don't have to eat. Limes Basilicumsorber The appreciation of the ambience refers to the well maintained interiors. Well-kept ambience For our outdoor space, I wouldn't give a star. A relaxed dinner was really not. We paid and looked forward to a glass of wine on the quiet terrace of my accommodation in Durbach.
The restaurant we wanted to go to was full and found this one by chance. We were not disappointed. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly, the food was amazing and huge portions and the view was to die for. It’s a shame we only found you at the end of our stay as we would’ve been back. Thank you Herr Singh and fellow staff for making us so welcome.
