McDonald's - Ontario

I come here on Mondays regularly and Ive seen them working during extremely busy and slow hours. They always do their best. Ive always had a very friendly experience with the staff, even though my order can be a bit strange to input for some employees at the counter (3 solo quarter pound patties with 3 cheese). One cashier even placed the order in in a way that saved me 10 bucks! Was not aware that was an option and have been asking for my order that way ever since. All in all, they can get pretty swamped at times but they show good effort in my experience.

Don?t know what happened, but for about the past 2 years this McDonald?s has really gone downhill. Today I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a coke. That?s it. Both the chicken sandwiches were burnt, had absolutely no sauce on them, one had a singlepickle slice and the other had none. The bread was dry and honestly the only positive experience I?ve had with them as of lateis their Coca Cola.

This is a surprisingly comfortable McDonalds to sit inside and eat. Thank you for such a great dining area compared to what I'm used to from fast food restaurants. Thank you

It's just another slow McDonald's not really anything special but the food I have received has been cold and soft.

>Worst service ever. The woman at the window was rude. She was so busy laughing and yapping away with a coworker to greet us or ask for payment. She only half turned to exchange food and my payment but kept on talking away. When I got home, I noticed a huge grease stain on the bottom of the bag, it was ready to tear through. There was greasedrippings on the top outside of the box of my chicken nuggets. There was also grease on the wrapper of my Quarter Pounder, andthe burger had onions (which I had requested no onions). As for the fries, all you could taste was salt, they were inedible. Tootop it off the woman failed to give me a receipt. When I tried calling to speak to a manager I was put on hold, then then theyhung up on me. This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience at this location.
