Contribuiți la feedbackYakisoba decent. Added marinated beef: quite a lot, pretty good. Gyoza fully deep fried, not steamed-pan fried as at most places. They tasted OK. The ponzu sauce was a refreshing change from vinegar.
Tonkatsu ramen: good base; classic stock, nothing fancy. Broth not very strong but grew on me flavour deepened with time. Chashu thin (not thick), had nice char. Other toppings went well together
