Potbelly Sandwich Shop In Dulles

The tuna sandwich I ordered was completely soaked in oil, making the bread soggy. The wrapper around the sandwich was also dripping with oil. I had asked for a plain tuna salad on whole wheat bread with only lettuce, tomatoes, and hot peppers as toppings. Unfortunately, the sandwich was too soggy to eat and I had to throw it away.

This place has reduced the amount of meat in their sandwiches. They are the same size and price, but now only have half the amount of meat. I also received burnt bacon and was asked to pay $1.89 for one slice. I decided to decline the bacon altogether. The staff making the sandwiches need to improve their manners; they were not very polite.
