L9ved the wine and the food despite they have no bur champagne by the glass or by the split. I bought a full bottle. My companion and I had a lovely nosh, totally over 100 including tip. AND THEN I asked them to recork the champagne. These devices are offered everywhere, are easy to use and maintain pressure. (yes, they are anticipated and that is bad but they can be reused!! Most wine shops have them. Not this one. They recorked my brut champagne with a cork from another bottle of red wine. I drove 3 miles and the entire bottle exploded all over the interior of my front and back seat, a bouquet of silk flowers and curtains I was to hang at Mom's. This happened while I was driving. Thankfully, I didn't have much of that champagne or I would have wrecked. Now I need to have the entire car pro cleaned and shower when I get home. I will stick to LaBuvette and other places that know wine and how to handle it from now on. Lesson learned!
