Starbucks - Olney

A great starbucks, with good Wi-Fi and decent places to sit, and friendly staff. Much better than some others.

Nice clean business. Friendly attentive staff. You can dip in and have tables in front. Fun neighborhood business.

Fantastic Starbucks! It’s conveniently located and the drinks are served quickly. I really enjoy visiting before school. There's even a mini library to read in! Plenty of power outlets are available as well. Just a heads up: there is NO DRIVE-THRU!

Soo represents the epitome of excellent customer service. While I was waiting for my drink, I witnessed her warmly welcoming customers with genuine respect and kindness. It's rare to find someone who excels in this way. Patrons come not just for an overpriced coffee, but for the overall atmosphere and service. Soo truly captures what it means to make people feel welcome and valued, always bringing a cheerful attitude to her interactions. A friend of mine experienced a medical emergency and urgently needed water, so I went inside and requested some. The barista who assisted me, Ian, was incredibly kind and understanding; he promptly filled a tall cup with ice and water. Thankfully, my friend is now fine, and we are both very appreciative of the outstanding service and kindness shown by the staff at this establishment.
