Each time I come here the crew seem to have a very low care for their job. They need to be retrained to be friendly, efficient and attentive. It’s obviously a morale issue within the store because it’s always like this. Very different from Officer Arena.

I came here for a short meal during a pit stop and it wasn’t that bad. I didn’t find anything wrong with the quality. Service could use a little more work. They left my order on the counter for my collection but they didn’t include my iced latte. Had to go over to the McCafe section and ask for my drink.

Four sundaes. All runny. If id noticed before getting home id have asked for my money back. Not impressed. Will go elsewhere.
