Contribuiți la feedbackTheir pizzas are always much cheaper than other pizza chains. 49/50 times the pizzas are well done, but this is everywhere you go. the service is in the timely and the front staff was always nice. the customer area has always been clean and it was nice that they always keep up with renovations.
Not sure why this place gets so terrible reviews. four items ordered for family dinner; it came out “hot n’ ready” before the estimated time and turned out well. Do not understand me wrong, there are better quality pizza places in the opposite, but I did not find a single place, pizza or otherwise, that is so cheap to feed a family of six.
They made the pizza twice to save her life. but at least one person in our family enjoyed it. my dog, hopefully he won't get sick. I will never learn to buy from this place again how to make pizza. no customer service capabilities.
I've always used Little Caesars and patronize them, and fully realized that their business is providing an inexpensive meal with high quality service and hopefully a nice pizza. I know other places charge more because they put more toppings and more into their Pizza. And I have that option to go to other places but I've usually always going to little caesar. For the most part I've never had a problem, but I recently ordered from the Odenton store and I got a supreme pizza. Of course with a supreme pizza it has extra toppings so you're going to need to cook it a little bit longer. Well I received a pizza, and in the middle of the slices it was almost it was just raw dough. And understand that a supreme takes longer than a cheese or pepperoni, but the pepperoni pizzas we ordered also were undercooked and doughy. I just hope that somebody gets it right there and realizes that yes you have to be quick, but you also have to put out a good product. I would love to go back to this store and patronize them, but I'm afraid that whatever I order I'm have to go home and cook it more,myself, in my oven.
Ordered online delivery. After a hour, order was canceled. 3 days later, still no refund, still unable to talk to anyone because little Ceasars and Doordash keep putting me back and forth until I sit on hold for 42 minutes (not exaggerating, I time it) and I finally just hang up.
