I was recently at the cottage for lunch. The selection of different foods was very small, as there is only a small map with about 5 different spices on Sunday. In the end, I decided for a Cordon Bleu with croquettes on forest mushroom cream. I was very happy to eat that I chose consciously because I like mushrooms very much. The bite was very fast to table, whether it was good or badly decided a few times later. Since I eat Cordon Bleu more often, I was very disappointed with this copy. It was not crispy at all, on the contrary, it floats in a fully stirred sauce from the packaging. I could find the 2 mugged forest mushrooms that were probably brought out of the glass when they float in the sauce. Mushroom sauce? The croquettes were so hard that the pieces were fragmented when cutting with the knife. I was quite dissatisfied, but still fed up as the part was actually right. Fortunately, the rest of the day took a good run. MfG
