Closes too early, got there before closing they didn’t serve me

I 've been going here for almost two years, it 's always clean and everyone is super nice. every now and then I catch so called important customers being unnecessarily rude to the poor employees and threatening them with horrible reviews or calls to corp and that 's just not fair. These are incredibly hard working people and they basically only have three people at a time even when they 're crazy busy. each and every one of them deal with much more than they are being payed. Parking: front, side, and back parking available. however it can be hard after 4 pm because the restaurant next door shares these spots and opens at that time. Kid-friendliness: they are all extremely kind to children!

Worst Customer Service.The Lady That has tattoos another one didn’t get to see her face, if you don’t like your job then quit.?

So I went this morning to order an iced Coffee, not only did she rush my order but I couldn’t understand her the way she was speaking. So I repeated back my order and she goes “I GOT IT, anything else?” So I asked her what she had that I have ordered and wouldn’t respond. This is the 3rd time this Hispanic lady has rushed and been super rude at the drive-thru. I won’t be going back until this lady is let go of her job. This is disgusting.

I usually get my order from uber eats but this morning I went in person. I buy breakfast from this location regularly for my staff and myself, but the Hispanic lady who is cashier or manager here is extremely HOSTILE, RUDE and RACIST (the person talked fine with others) I will not go to this location anymore until management make some changes with this lady and I will make sure that none of my staff buys breakfast from here.
