Dunkin' - Oak Park

Placed a walk in mobile order for my iced coffee arrived the doors are locked. Walked over to drive thru window employees inside walked by the window saw me standing outside. Only for one them to open the window to say they are closed. Well how am I supposed to know when you don’t have a sign on the doors advising you are closed. Also it’s 7:15am and you closed so she made my order and came back to the window. Like it’s dangerous standing in a drive thru when you have cars backing up and I’m standing there waiting on a mobile order. Please do better write sign to make customers aware that you are closed for whatever reason. Especially those of us who use mobile app to place our orders

When I walked in the music that they were playing was so loud I thought I walked into a nightclub by mistake. The young lady who waited on me was eating and talking to me so I obviously had a hard time understanding her as the music was blasting. Showing a total lack of discipline and professionalism I can honestly say that I would not recommend this dunkin donuts to anyone. The countertops where I sat to eat were greasy and there was doubt crumbs on the floor. Conclusion: fire your manager

They gave me half of my matcha I realized until I got home very bad service

Picked up a chai latte and some snacks for the family. My drive through experience was quick and our order was on point. This place has an OG DD vibe. I can’t speak to the interior, I didn’t have the chance to check it out but I did see customers entering by foot.

Great service when they want it to be. Having to go inside after going to drive food for burnt food it's not ok.
