Isushi - Nyborg

My wife and I are novises when it comes to sushi food. Eating sushi from the grocery store is cold and tasteless. ISushi in Bergen (Fyllingsdalen) was definately a step up. It was actially good. I think that that iSushi can make it even more exciting with some creativity, to the top level.

Very friendly staff but sushi below the average. Ordered quite a few different rolls but everything tasted exactly the same. It was quite tastless actually. Will probably not eat there again.

I am a regular customer at iSushi, it never disappoint me. Everything we have tried on their menu has been excellent, and we are expecially fond of their Royal Duck. iSushi have several restaurants in Bergen, this review is for Åsane. You can sit down and eat, but pretty sure 99% of their customers order take away, it is small and not very sit down friendly. Lucky for us we live nearby... :

This is a new chain of takeaway sushi restaurants, expanding pretty quickly in the Bergen area. And I undestand why we have always been very satisfied with their food. They have a larger selection of maki than other, similar places. Something for everyone from the sushi beginners to us serious sushi fans. Dinner from Isushi has become our regular Saturday dinner, and they have never dissapointed us.

The food was ok, the venue was ok. But, they had a really good staff. Nice, warm and positive. If it had not been for the staff I would give it a two star rating.
