This store is horrible the Gm is very rude and disrespectful but won’t get active lol she treats her wrkers like trash talk to them crazy have other employees to do her dirty wrk she has under age school kids closing her store with the parents consent I will be reporting her about that as well she picks with the underage children there and I don’t think it right at all no management skills at all WHO HIRED THIS LADY I NEED THE AREA MANAGER TO GET WITH ME ASAP I HAVE SO MUCH TOO SHARE

Usually rude employees late at night. Food is never ready, despite being a fast food joint. My recent experience as a DoorDash driver at this Wendy's location was challenging and highlighted several areas for improvement. Despite the well-known brand and typically good standards, the wait time for order pickup was significantly longer than expected, extending to about 15 minutes. This delay not only affected the delivery timeline but also impacted my efficiency and earnings for the hour. Additionally, the interaction with staff was less than ideal. While I understand that everyone has off days, being disregarded and receiving subpar communication does not align with the customer service standards one would expect from Wendy's. It certainly added an unnecessary layer of difficulty to the delivery process.I believe in constructive feedback and hope that this review serves as an opportunity for Wendy's to enhance its operations and staff training, especially in how they interact with delivery drivers. A mutual respect and understanding can greatly improve the experience for all parties involved—employees, drivers, and ultimately, the customers we serve. Looking forward to seeing positive changes and potentially revising my review after a more favorable future experience.

Cashier wasn't friendly. didn't see anyone wearing hair nets. and the lady who was putting the burgers together left her station went and did something else but did not change her gloves. Honestly will not be going back...

1/11/24 Just a new update, I argued against it but it was decided to give this place another try, at 7:15 the dining area was closed, even to Uber orders, I was forced to wait in the drive through, there were 7 people waiting, it took me 43 minutes to get my order..how this place stays open I have no plans dea It's 8:40 and the dining room is closed...says open till midnight but guess they just arbitrarily close it when they feel like it... customer service right?

Made my sandwich wrong AGAIN, sticky counters and tables, out of several drinks in the machine, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it was possible to give negative stars, that's the only way this place would excel. And the process keep going up with the condiments on the sandwiches diminishing. One ring of an onion, seriously?
