Coming this Sunday, January 21, 2024 in the evening. I ate a grilled salmon escalope with fries and a non-alcoholic mojito. Since 10 p.m. I have been suffering from nausea and stomach aches (and everything that follows without going into details). 0:50 on this Monday morning and I find myself having the joy of being in the toilet for a good twenty minutes with vomiting like I've never had before. It is quite possible that the salmon was not fresh. I ate the same thing as my companion, with the only difference being this salmon escalope. I have strong doubts about the hygiene and conservation of salmon. Hidden under a thick layer of sauce, it is possible that the taste or consistency of the fish has been altered but it is impossible to see what we are eating because it is so immersed in the sauce. Paid around fifty euros for being sick and having to take sick leave at the start of the week, no thanks. I won't come back there again!
