Cottage Inn Pizza Novi

Phenomenal customer service, never had a bad experience with their pizza or their sides. It is a great place that is open late night, and will take your order open till close. I would highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Delivery driver terrible. Phone receptionist are terrible. I have multiple issue with this location. Every time I order my wait time is over 1:30. Any time I call to check on my order only they say is food on its way. No eta no customer curiosity whatsoever. They have a RUDE person who works night who constantly calls me “Bro” which is beyond unprofessional also his repeated response every time you ask a question is “What you want me to do bro” last time he told me “I have better things to do” this is the worse Cottage Inn location EVER!!!! If I could give them NEGATIVE -5 stars I would. I would never In my life order from this location. I will be calling corporate.

My family has gotten pizza from Cottage Inn Novi several times and it has always been very good. Today I got it for myself for lunch and it was some of the best pepperoni pizza I have had. I asked for extra sauce and it was delicious. The salad was also really fresh and filled to the brim. Ordering online lets you customize everything just how you want it. Definitely worth it and it wasn't overpriced. Wanted to add some more. Today I ordered a Motor City Meatball sub, extra pizza sauce, a chocolate chip cookie and cherry Pepsi. The bread on the sub was crusty on the outside and soft in the middle and so very good. Meatballs had a good flavor. Definitely worth it to get extra sauce to dip the sub in. The cookie was delicious. And the soda, they don't skimp, big 20 oz. bottles.

Great delivery service. Timely delivery post original order arriving delicious food hot fresh as well as cold items including salads. My orders have been delivery however the phone atmosphere has been great!
