Lajawab Grill Karahi - Nottingham

This restaurant may not have much curb appeal and may go unnoticed by many passersby, but the interior is simple yet charming. It's a no-frills café that serves tasty, affordable food. The lamb karahi we ordered was delicious, especially when paired with roti. It's clearly a popular spot, frequented by locals and always bustling with customers dining in or grabbing takeout. The space is small with only a few tables, and it can get a bit smoky inside, but that's really the only downside. Overall, a great dining experience!

The experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The atmosphere is lively and perfect for chatting. The service was excellent and very friendly. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant only enhanced the dining experience. The menu is absolutely amazing.

I asked a friend to recommend a Pakistani restaurant in Nottingham for a meal with family visitors from Australia, and they suggested this place. It had the typical setup of many kebab restaurants in Nottingham: functional tables with plastic tops and large wallpaper. Despite it being busy even at 9 o'clock, the food was tasty, albeit a bit spicy for my taste coming from Shropshire. The menu was simple, but the staff was helpful when I needed assistance in choosing. Four of us shared the mixed grill, which included grilled meat, keema kebab, lamb chops, and mixed salad. The restaurant does not serve alcohol and only accepts cash. It is located near the Noel Street tram stop. - Michael Edwards, Nottingham.

From here ordered several times and I was never disappointed with eating! would highly recommend lajawab.

Every piece of meat turned out to be a knuckle of bone covered with fat. Given how busy it was, I'm concerned that as a bloke walking in off the street I got ripped off so bad.
