I love this place the owners employees treat me like family

I agree with a lot of reviews that mention terrible customer service with the manager. It is totally crazy to see how management does not even try to improve their settings or image. I would appreciate a chance to have a shop in the mall, considering that there is not much presence of black companies. In this case, it shows that the owner really does not try to hear what his customers say about the terrible customer service. He seems to think that everyone lies on him and does not take time to see how customers really feel. The food is fair, but it would be better if they had fresh dishes in the showcase. The food in the shop window does not have to look perfect, but at least fresh. No matter when I go, it looks like it was sitting. Management also does not understand, business acumen. You don't have to submit to every guest, but act as if you care about guest complaints.

Can only be called good food, because this is all you get. The service is terrible. They show no sign of care about the customer or the sense of urgency to complete orders quickly.

I had to go back a second time that this lady food is so good. She sells the best bakery macaroni and cheese

That food is some kinda good !! I will be going back to them again. Good size portions, greens were great along with the green beans. Chicken and fish were perfect ! The mac and cheese was excellent, cheese just dripping off the fork. I have become a hooked loyal customer.
