Chop Stop - Northridge

This is my go-to spot for delicious and crisp chopped salads. It's incredibly refreshing! The Chop Stop location I visited served the food quickly and the staff was very polite. I definitely plan on returning soon. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Unfortunately, this must be their worst branch. I love the vegan chopburito, but this location has not met the usual standard. The last few orders I've had included stale, hard rice either mixed in or missing altogether. On top of that, I have also left without all the necessary ingredients. The prices here are higher than at other locations. I have decided not to order from this branch again.

Good value, excellent service . Place is always clean and counter service is always very friendly.

Absolutely one of the best spots we have found for fresh salad A bit on the pricey side but it is a full meal if not 2 meals. Ever since we found this place I would day we go there every couple of weeks if not weekly The Lobster Cob is so tasty and you can add extra veggies as well I highly recommend coming here

Horrible experience today at the Northridge location, the girl working had her back turned when we walked in and proceeded to figit with the remote control for the menu display, another Girl helped us at the register and we ordered with her while the other girl kept distracting the one ringing us up. I didn’t like my dressing and asked for the buffalo ranch, the girl working said “we don’t actually have that, it’s just on the menu” uhm excuse me? What does that even mean? They charge 35 cents for a new dressing except when the girl gave it to the other girl to give to me after I paid, she dropped it and then had to get another one. This place is a disaster, the girls are all so unprofessional, talking loudly and treating customers like they are inconvenienced by taking their orders. Never will I come back! So much unnecessary attitude!
