Contribuiți la feedbackRequested a milk shake that wasn’t on the dine in menu, was told they couldn’t do it, I thought fair enough, can’t expect them to do one they wouldn’t usually, until we were told that it was on there menu, and they do regularly make it if you pick it up on deliveroo or have it delivered. What kind of place has the ability to make something, regularly makes it, but won’t let a customer pay for one if they ask for it?! Terrible customer service.
My husband and I ordered some American waffles via deliveroo I ordered a ' 'I 'll have what she 's having a strawberry American waffle. When the waffle arrived it was soaked in chocolate sauce as if the lid of the chocolate sauce bottle had come off. The strawberries were soaked in syrup and the whole waffle was covered with them along with the chocolate sauce. I could only eat some part of the edge as it was sickening. Photo attached.
Absolutely terrible value for money. The waffle was drenched in syrup, falling apart, and the strawberries were not fresh. I cannot believe I spent £12 on this disappointing meal.
We order from here intermittently but as of late the quality has drastically changed . Portions have changed to smaller , the sundae is not the same just felt like icecream. Everything seems to have gone down in quality
I ordered from Uber Eats and was very disappointed with my order. The product arrived damaged with spillages all over the packaging, and was missing the chocolate on top. It seemed like they didn't care about the order at all. It's disappointing when restaurants don't prioritize their customers' satisfaction. I hope they receive more constructive feedback to improve their home delivery service.
