Contribuiți la feedbackWe had the “Buffalo-ish wing” as an appetizer and oh my goodness, absolutely delicious!!! A combination of sweet, salty, spicy kindness. I had the Mac and cheese (above with a delicious bread and my husband had a wooden fire pizza that was perfectly crispy. Both entrees were amazing! The staff is attentive and friendly. They take care of their customers to ensure they are satisfied and provide high-quality services, food and beverages. I recommend checking this place. You will not be disappointed! We will be back soon:
This is our Go-to-Spot for excellent Thin-Crust pizza. High Brow is basically a Trattoria with simple Italian-inspired fresh food. They use high quality ingredients. The vibe is comfortable, simple, attractive, not pretentious. Sometimes the toppings are scanned on pizzas; other times more generous. I wish they would change the menu a little more often. As someone who eats gluten-free because of a documented immune reaction, it would be more just and inclusive if people with sensualities were not forced to pay more for their pizza crust. I understand that gluten-free crusts cost more, but it is somehow like a disabled person to force to pay more for their flight or bus ticket. That said, we are grateful that they offer gluten-free and their crust is the best everywhere! We were disappointed by the service's speed when we dined out in May. They let us know that they were more business than usual, but I feel like final weekends are times for which restaurants should be able to plan. If your guests are waiting for food for over an hour and your staff can not get up, maybe just don't take so many customers at a time.
Beautiful outer surface with heated lanterns, so it is still pleasant to sit outside in late autumn. The cheese is the star of the show here. Highbrow takes a basic ingredient and increases it so that it becomes a culinary pleasure. They have many vegetarian and even vegan options. The kitchen is very accommodating and flexible to meet my nutritional preferences. The food was excellent. The delicious wooden firecrust should have been the star of the show, but the beautiful mixed cheese and fresh ingredients stole the stage. The drinks were refreshing, delightful and very expensive. We have three drinks, three appetizers, two pizzas for under $100. In Northampton, it's unheard. The waiter gave us our room and took a while, he was very forgotten, but very friendly. This is the kind of place that is good as a family restaurant, but can also be a nice date night or ladies night out.
Good food! Very solid prices and good service. The picture is the truffle mushroom pizza. We also have the Mac and the cheese, and I got the Caesar salad and a Sazerac. The Caesar was tasty; I felt that the Romaine could have been roasted a little longer. The Mac was really delicious, but, I think, ultimately forget. It would have been better if we chose the add-ons. I don't enjoy the Sazerac very much, but it was my first, so I couldn't say whether it was personal aversion or a problem with the mix and ingredients. After all, the pizza was phenomenal... one of the top 15 pizzas I've ever had. The only problem I have with the pizza is that the dough formula is baked so that it becomes very cracker-like and inconspicuous at the edges. I had wood-fired pizza that was good to the last bite of the crust, so it is definitely feasible.
13 of us had a great meal. Pizza was great, but the Combo was a lot more veggie than meat. Mac n Cheese was OK. Ask for the desert menu if you're looking for Scotch or anything like that. Rey was our waitress and she was amazing especially given a large table.
