Creno's Pizza East - Zanesville

Found this spot on a long drive from IN to CT. Being from CT we are pizza snobs. This pizza was excellent! Cross between old school pizza parlor and thin crust New Haven style. Waitress was super attentive and friendly. Also, inexpensive as a bonus

Ordered a ham and cheese sub with mayo, no peppers. What I got was cheese, lettuce, and tomato *with* peppers, no mayo, no ham. I know ADA says I have to accomodate dyslexia, but this is rediculous. Told the waitress this isnt what I ordered, and got nothing but a deer-in-the-headlights stare.

I ordered extra cheese and I felt the cheese was skimpy on the outside edges..

The food is okay, this place used to be my favorite until recently. They can never remember sauces we pay for to the point they’ve screwed $30 from us in just sauces we never got. Took an hour for an order after we were told 25 minutes. Stood there waiting hearing the guy yelling at the people in the back and the front people lying about food being in the oven to everyone. I’ve been a Crenos fan for 10+ years but as of today, I’m done with them. Don’t waste your time

Everything you'd want in a small town pizza shop. Good app choices. Wings. Booths and tables to choose from. Pizza made how I like it, edge to edge. Drivers were busy and busy working when they weren't delivering. It was run well from what I could see. No complaints.
